Meet Chef Bri
I am a second-generation Italian chef who grew up in Connecticut, where my lifelong love affair with food was born. My food journey began at the age of 3, under the guidance of my Nonna, who’s expert hands physically guided mine.
I grew up in a small ocean front town, where my nonna sent me to the beach to gather clams, mussels, and crabs, which would later be transformed into our whole family working together to create a massive Italian dinner. These experiences instilled in me the importance of sourcing the freshest ingredients and forging a deep connection with land and sea.
My family maintained a flourishing garden. Summers were spent watching my father carefully pick mountains of basil, I was enthralled in the moment when he would rub the leaf to release the subtle oils that seemed to burst between his fingers. The tomato harvest was a family affair, we were sent out to collect baskets full of the ripest produce while attempting to avoid the black widows hiding in the vines. These moments cultivated my relationship between food and the nostalgic memories of our family feasts.
As a chef, I love to recreate my childhood dinners with a modern and curated twist. I provide cooking experiences that embrace Italian values. I strive to foster a dining experience where natural interactions and lively conversations flow as effortlessly as the ingredients. Whether teaching a cooking class or hosting a dinner party, I craft an atmosphere that encourages people to come together, savor the moment, and indulge in connecting over a shared meal.
Join me for an evening of delicious food and endless stories that reignite our connection to “Amore e Amici.”
